On November 11, 2025, welder Amber Czech, 20, was brutally beaten to death by a co-worker at her worksite.
The assault was pre-mediated. Her assailant told police he had be planning it for some time.
We mourn the (potentially preventable) loss of a promising young tradeswoman, and demand better from our industry.
